We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused to many of you due to the inclusion of inappropriate expressions in an advertising promotion conducted by our overseas group company, Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited.

The Company has long established guidelines governing the creation of advertising and promotional materials used in public relations, advertising, and sales promotion activities, and has implemented these guidelines across its group companies both in Japan and overseas.However, in this instance, we acknowledge that these guidelines were not adequately enforced.

In response to this matter, the advertising materials in question have been discontinued in Thailand and removed from retail locations.

We take this matter very seriously and will review and strengthen our expression management framework across the entire Wacoal Group.By ensuring stricter enforcement and improving the effectiveness of our systems, we are committed to preventing any recurrence.
