In-House Training System

Aiming to promote compliance, we organize a variety of training programs tasked with heightening awareness. Given the differences in the type and amount of legal knowledge that general divisions and specialized divisions need, we conduct training under the following system.

(1) e-Learning

To inform employees about the "Corporate Ethics: Wacoal's Code of Conduct", we conduct e-learning focusing on the themes of the code once a year.

(2) Training for Specialized Areas

For divisions requiring specialized knowledge, we distribute a Specialized Manual. Also, each specialized division conducts seminars that further understanding of relevant legal areas.

Other initiatives to heighten awareness include making compliance a topic in a range of regular training programs, such as training for newly appointed section managers and training for new employees.Going forward, we intend to bolster training even further by enhancing and expanding our compliance curriculum.
