Education on Quality Control
As fundamental knowledge for quality control, we conduct periodic education on topics including specialized knowledge on materials and sewing, on laws, regulation, and internal guidelines, and on business at department related to manufacturing.
Textiles Evaluation Specialist
The Textiles Evaluation Specialist (TES) examination is a test designed to assess the basic knowledge (in terms of both manufacturers and consumers) and competencies required to prevent consumer complaints concerning the quality of fiber products. To enhance the quality of Wacoal products, we encourage our employees to take the examination.
Disclosure of Information on Product Quality
If any problem arises concerning product quality, we will promptly provide our customers with related information as "Important Notice(s)" on the Top Page of the Wacoal Corp. website (only available in the Japanese language).
Quality Month
Every year, the month of November is designated as "Quality Month," during which we continuously implement activities to share information related to quality. Aimed at Wacoal employees and stakeholders involved in product creation, we share information on Wacoal’s quality control initiatives, as well as customer feedback and real examples of how issues were handled, to promote information sharing and raise awareness.
