In-House Training System
Aiming to promote compliance, we organize a variety of training programs tasked with heightening awareness. Given the differences in the type and amount of legal knowledge that general divisions and specialized divisions need, we conduct training under the following system.
e-Learning
To ensure that "Corporate Ethics: Wacoal's Code of Conduct" is widely understood, we hold "e-learning" focusing on its themes once a year, during "Compliance Reinforcement Month."
Compliance training
To raise awareness of compliance-related topics, we incorporate them into our rank-based group education programs.
In addition to the "training for new employees" and "training for newly appointed managers" held once a year, we have also added training programs for experienced managers, to teach them how to understand compliance risks through "Corporate Ethics: Wacoal's Code of Conduct" and lead by example.
Specialized training
Targeting departments that require specialized knowledge, we are deepening people's understanding of the relevant legal knowledge.
When laws are revised, we work to ensure they are effective by conducting training and other awareness-raising activities focused on the applicable departments, and also work to inform all employees through the Group compliance newsletters and other means.
Going forward, we will continue to work on improving and expanding our education curriculum and strengthening our compliance education.
